What areas do you serve?
We serve papers in Owasso, Collinsville, Tulsa, Claremore, Bartlesville, Ramona, Dewey, and other areas of Northeast Oklahoma — covering Tulsa, Rogers, and Washington counties. How much does it cost to have papers served?
Standard service is a simple flat rate based on where the papers are going, quoted up front before we start — no hidden mileage or attempt fees. Surrounding areas and anywhere else in the United States are quoted free of charge — just call or text 918-248-0495.
How fast will my papers be served?
We start promptly — clients in our core area regularly see papers served within 24 hours of sending them, with the affidavit delivered the same day. Timing depends on the subject and the address, so if you have a deadline, call or text 918-248-0495 and we'll tell you what's realistic before you commit.
How do I get my documents to you?
Email them to [email protected] along with any information you have on how to locate the subject, or call or text 918-248-0495 to schedule a pickup.
What kinds of documents do you serve?
Summons, petitions, subpoenas, citations, eviction and other notices, letters, and any other documents that need to be delivered — formally served or simply hand-delivered with confirmation.
Do I get proof of service?
Yes. After the serve we prepare the appropriate affidavit of service and file it with the courthouse for you (if local), or provide it to you directly. You're notified immediately when service is complete.
What if the person is hard to find or avoiding service?
That's our specialty. We use proprietary skip-trace and locate techniques to find even the hardest-to-find individuals — people who have moved, gone quiet, or are actively dodging the door. Advanced locates are quoted per case; call for a quote.
How do I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards by phone, PayPal, cash, and checks or money orders. Checks are made out to our parent company, Smoking Gun Investigations, LLC, PO Box 904, Collinsville, OK 74021. Payment in advance is required for non-established clients.
What are your hours?
Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. You can text or email any time and we'll get back to you promptly. Serve attempts themselves happen whenever they're most likely to succeed.
